Individuals, clubs, businesses and groups 
can sponsor a service dog's training, care 
or fully fund a team's education.

Platinum Paw Sponsorship - $9,500

Become a sponsor of a Service Dog Team.  Your sponsorship will cover

• health screening with hip and elbow x-rays

• acquisition costs for a suitable candidate

• nine months of service dog training, food & veterinary care

• equipment such as an emergency phone, lever door handles w/straps, other useful devices, custom fitted harness

• team training for the disabled student and a new service dog

• transportation

• graduation amenities

• lifetime follow up support services

Sponsor will receive, in appreciation:

• opportunity to name the dog

• sponsorship plaque

• page on our web site with photos of your dog and progress reports as he goes through training

• a visit with service dog if you are within 150 miles and an opportunity to meet the team or [distance or preference] a video tape of the dog performing service dog tasks and working with his new partner

• handsomely framed 11" x 14" team graduation photo

Golden Paw Sponsorship - $5,000

Sponsor a Service Dog.   Your sponsorship will cover

• health screening with hip and elbow e-rays

• acquisition costs for a suitable dog

• service dog's training (310 hours minimum)

• obedience class fees

• socialization field trips

• liver treats and other training food for 9 months

• red vest, collar, ID tags, leashes and training harness

Sponsor will receive, in appreciation:

• sponsorship plaque

• page on our web site with photos of your dog and progress reports as he goes through training

• a visit with service dog if you are within 150 miles and/or a video tape of the dog finishing training and performing his service dog tasks

• handsomely framed 8"x10" team graduation photo

Silver Paw Sponsorship - $2,500

Sponsor the Placement Phase.  Your sponsorship will cover:

• team training (120 hours of instruction), inclusive of travel, lodging & meals

• Equipment such as the service dog's custom fitted harness, door opening lead and hook, K-9 rescue phone

• lifetime follow up support services

Sponsor will receive, in appreciation:

• sponsorship plaque

• handsomely framed 8"x10" team graduation photo

Caring Paw Sponsorship - $1,200

Sponsor the Care of a Service dog-in-training.  Your sponsorship will cover:

Food, chew toys, grooming and Veterinary care for nine months

Sponsor will receive, in appreciation:

• three progress reports with photos

• handsomely framed team graduation photo
